JFK and the Unspeakable(Wikipedia)

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/JFK_and_the_Unspeakable

The book took Douglass twelve years to write.[4] The book was rejected by Orbis three times before it was accepted. Publisher Robert Ellsberg said that besides the book's 500-page length, it fell outside the usual range of topics published by Orbis, and that he was reluctant to enter the "dark thicket" of Kennedy conspiracy theories. However, according to National Catholic Reporter, "after sending the book to a wide range of historians and analysts, Mr. Ellsberg was persuaded of the book's significance."[1]

Contentsedit

The title is a reference to Thomas Merton's Raids on the Unspeakable, regarding (according to Douglass) "a kind of systemic evil that includes such realities as the Holocaust, the Vietnam War, the nuclear arms race, and these assassinations", which Merton calls a "void".[4] In Merton's words, the void "gets into the language of public and official declarations ... and makes them ring dead with the hollowness of the abyss. It is the void out of which Eichmann drew the punctilious exactitude of his obedience."[5] Douglass links this description with the height of the Cuban Missile Crisis, seeing both Kennedy and Khrushchev "encounter[ing] that void simultaneously". Douglass describes (citing Khrushchev's memoirs) Kennedy deciding to reach out to Khrushchev via his brother Robert F. Kennedy to declare that he is losing power to his generals, who favour nuclear war, and that he needs Khrushchev's help to avoid it.[4] Douglass concludes that Kennedy "turned from global war to a strategy of peace. That's the why of his assassination."[4] Douglass avoids much of the practical detail of the "how"; the single bullet theory is not mentioned, and the book includes no photographs or maps. Instead, Douglass follows the intelligence links around Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald, and key people involved in the post-assassination investigation.[6]

The book highlights the Bay of Pigs Invasion as the Central Intelligence Agency's attempt to entrap Kennedy into a full-scale US invasion of Cuba. Citing Daniel Schorr's conclusion that "In effect, President Kennedy was the target of a CIA covert operation that collapsed when the invasion collapsed", the book argues that the result of this operation was Kennedy's avowed intention "to splinter the CIA in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds." The forced resignation of CIA Director Allen Dulles and several deputies served notice that this statement might be followed through.[7] The book describes Kennedy's conflict with the military, including over the Cuban Missile Crisis (1962), the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (ratified by the Senate in September 1963), and a back-channel to Fidel Castro in September 1963, via William Attwood, aimed at normalising relations, and National Security Action Memorandum 263 (beginning withdrawal from Vietnam).[7] The book also cites an April 1962 confrontation with the US steel industry, led by U.S. Steel, which together with five other steel companies declared a price increase shortly after an agreement had been brokered to avoid them, in order to control inflation. The Kennedy administration raided corporate offices, issued subpoenas, and tasked the Defense Department with overseas marketing of its steel. Shortly after the steel industry backed down, Henry Luce's Fortune published an editorial, headlined "Steel: The Ides of April", stating that the price rise had been conceived in political terms as a means to either damage the President's credibility, or to unite the business world against him.

White Men Harassed in Workplace More Likely to Support Diversity

https://record.umich.edu/articles/white-men-harassed-in-the-workplace-become-diversity-allies/

As a kid we moved to a minority neighbourhood where I got bullied at grade school. As an adult I avoided that until I took up janitorial where I had to get to know how working class immigrants tick. As immigrants integration continues this problem does not disappear as they move up the social ladder they continue to self isolate and stay in their groups, various ethnics, as they go from working class all the way up.  Bullying and harassment then moves upwards as the majority becomes something they don't want to be absorbed into and make this not very subtly clear. In America big cities have large black neighbourhoods and Hispanic areas. If you don't want your lily white kid permanently traumatized, don't move there. My son switched schools due to severe bullying. The mother of the gang leader headed the anti bullying committee at the school and was on great terms conveniently with all the teachers. Lots of girls avoided the high school he went on to later to avoid him. My view of white racism is my Russian wife being nervous of minority men and their conservative machismo. She has also adapted to this after years of intense interaction as a nurse with all types. She told me last night of her own people who all ghettoized themselves, living together and still can't speak correctly. The elections in Europe and America are always only seen as a nativist racism problem but immigrants have their own racism. The Irish immigrants to Boston, NYC created ghettoes and beat up blacks and Italians who trespassed, protecting particularly any contact with their females. Their Mafia style Clan tactics were copied by others.

My Wife and I observed a small cloud flashing regularly like a light bulb last evening from a back window upstairs. No rain, lighting. Never seen that before.

Breath and Yoga Hacks to Open Chakras, Heal Blocked Life

This is the sort of thing I work on. Life for most is routine, a modern prison in city, suburb, 9-5 Job. In nature people originally were in contact with the spirit, now very little to the point that it is denied.

One wonders if time will erase all traces of us in turn.

Life Tests(Muslim Girl Spirituality Talk)

Sounds same as the other's I have heard on Internet and as a youth from Catholic or Pentecostals. So shared moral values and belief in God.

Reincarnation and the Higher Self

I heard the term 'Oversoul' used. To your oversoul all your births appear simultaneously like in a novel. You could change your past lives by current actions not just the other way around.

Pop Music in a Spiritual Awakening

Sensitivity is higher in a Spiritual Awakening. Music all the time is also numbing and programs us to a certain extent. It can also be relaxing as daily grind is stressful, artificial.

Results on Telomeres and Aging Pace of 60 Days of Hypobaric Oxygen

I would love to get those medical results on my blood, telomeres and see what is happening after 30 years yoga. I mean maybe I am only 40 and not 59 in cell age and have really long telomeres like a young guy or maybe this is just B.S. ego trip.

How Your Blood Changes With Exercise

Increased capillarization, increased blood flow, red blood cells, oxygen to muscles and thereby work capacity of muscles. He cites endurance training at a level where you can converse as best. I used to just bike to work and back and lost the desk job and did then a cleaning job which is like the endurance exercise he describes, i.e. always moving but not out of breath or sprinting. Parallel to this I retained my biking to work and yoga practice. Increased capillarization, oxygenization, muscle capacity must have helped my Kundalini development. The feedback is probably good too as one charges the other somehow. Capillaries grow deeper into the muscles, become more frequent. Perhaps fascia, nerves, capillary increase all carry increased energy and stimulate mitochondria. At any rate I feel more energy continually growing and getting deeper into all tissues like a warmth. Before I switched to a physical job this was very low level. Afterwards it started to grow. I presume in tandem with capillary, blood growth.

Benefits of Red Light Therapy

Eyesight, Alzheimer's improvement.

Red light therapy bed or first sunlight also good.

The researcher who made this helmet said that this particular light wave penetrates water and so goes through the brain deep into the head. I feel this sort of stimulation with Kundalini. I wonder about benefits to cells, mitochondria, aging in a similar manner to this therapy and why people seem to heal a lot of emotional, mental backlog and become creative with Kundalini. Perhaps mitochondria are stimulated. This needs research. Stimulating chi is easy with various techniques and one could after yoga, tai chi, Kundalini pranayama exercises test mitochondria, memory, etc. as with red light therapy. Perhaps the basis of this is similar.

Detoxify Body from Microplastics

And a few days ago I was shocked at a video showing they are in testicles and sperm, obviously affecting fetal health. If vaccines might cause autism then what can we expect here?

Microcosmic Orbit - Visualization

She shows a visual which portrays what I talked about in the last post on fascia.

Fascia-Flexibility,Power and Pain

Looking at jogging, weight lifting and biking I see the limited ranges of motion. In yoga I even do twisting and by doing a very dynamic physical job where I jump around a lot in every direction it helps my fascia.

Another point that would interest people who do Tai Chi or Kundalini yoga and feel lots of energy is how in the video he discusses how sheaths of fascia crisscross in front, go straight down your sides or circle around your body. These fascia layers have lots of nerve endings and surround, go deep into the muscles. I feel exactly this sort of energy movement in these planes through the whole body after years of energy work so apparently I have activated the fascia. It is not just the spinal cord or the gland areas around the chakras.

Why Muslims Remain an Underclass

They say here that Rothschild's bought the Brits to establish a Jewish mandate Palestine. Extending that of course is the AIPAC controlling Congress. The guys here in this video are realistic. People need to use this example to control their own lives. The black American community complaining about poverty and Asian American success is a further example.

Isometrics but for energy, thoughts as well

Watching a bioneer video on isometrics and Bruce Lee techniques he discusses static vs moving techniques. Strengthening position at one point helps get past that blockabe in say a weight press by just holding at that position isometripcally. I see similarity to my energy work. When one dances or moves dynamically on a physical job one has muscle and energy and mental flow. Statics on the other hand can be a fixed yoga position, an isometric weight holding or holding a thought or a framed picture in a meditation. Also in energy work, when chi or kundalini is activated one can hold intense energy by concentrating on a chakra or any body part really. Later the energy flow through that area can be much higher as if you had done a muscle type training in the gym with it isometrically. A couple days ago I tried tensing all my muscles very highly and this really increased the muscle flow. At yoga session end we are told to do this with each muscle group and then the whole body to relax. So at mental, physical muscular, nervous energetic levels we can use isometrics vs. dynamic exercises to increase our capabilities to concentrate on one thing or mimagine a flow of events, to move easier or maintain a difficult position or to maintain a strong feeling( in our hearts for example) or to have a strong whole body energy flow.

Isometrics - Secret Behind Bruce Lee's Speed

Muscle having explosive strength without bulk. On a mental level some Tibetan monks can hold an image for a long time. Internal energy work is another level. I think this is key to changing the system from the bottom up, even better than Bruce Lee's techniques. I feel more flexible, strong, quick. The more energy the body can take the better the body reacts to stresses.

I wonder what could be the real world effect of Bruce Lee type speed in sports? Imagine US football team having this speed and " forward pressure", all being small guys on the whole line but literally demolishing the other side. I recall the stories of the legendary Chicago Bulls basketball team made of rodmann, Jordan, Pippen. Their coach used weird Asian techniques I read. In military and police work ths could also help.

Diversity Through Mass Immigration Damages Social Cohesion and Mental Health

Now he is talking UK here. Obviously it is not the England my Mother left in the mid 50s for N. America. I grew up as a child of immigrants in Alaska, never really fit in and moved to Germany as an adult. My personal adjustments were of course difficult and I notice that in England, US or Germany I am not really a native wholly. People who immigrate from other places, where they belonged for hundreds or thousands of years have a sort of emotional stability that their children might not. At any rate it takes hundreds of years to erase the differences. Irish in England feel quite different and somewhat unwelcome and now a million Poles and obviously all the Indians and Pakistanis, Afrocaribeans and Arabs. I watched a short the other day on how Caesar invaded Gaul, population 3 million, killed a million, enslaved another million( presumably deported and now a part of the Italian genetic admixture) and over hundreds of years colonized and mixed with locals creating the French language and culture. How long this immigrant wave from East and South to Northwestern Europe will continue and what it will bring about is hard to determine. Our societies may collapse due to instability. Economic factors could lead to poverty and remigration. If as he says everyone is unhappy as noone feels truly at home( in above video) then the whole reason for immigration will become moot. Why go to USA, Europe for a better life if you just recreate the third world when you arrive and on top of it the country is cold, dark, unfriendly? Liberality of the population( open arms, retraining, welfare state) will disappear when society impoverishes, becomes cynical and angry, a bunch of competing minorities, no friendly welcoming majority helping a few poor immigrants, who collect garbage, drive taxis, wait tables.

As in the INCEL videos I feel here that I was way ahead of the curve. When you never belong culturally as immigrant's kid, have few to no friends, no economic success, get no girls then you get all of the cultural societal collapse from the crib onwards and this is likely why my spiritual life and marriage to a mixed heritage Russian/German immigrant is so critical. Extreme personal grounding is necessary at all levels. Religion I tried, boring, ineffective socializing. Office work was getting by but dry. Going backwards into the self, body, nature, individually is critical. Liberalism stands on assumptions of stability which are unexamined. Like the young man who goes to WWI enthusiastically and returns shattered for life as he realizes that he was unprepared and naive.

Debunking 'A Day in Life Without Black Inventions'

We see the continued trend here as well intentioned women go full left wing while conservatives males try to remain very factual. I recall Yogananda's story of his mother's fedding the poor so much that his father was nearly in despair as he only earned so much. My father told of his mother being somewhat similat iirc.

Former Kazakh Minister Kills Wife on 8 Hour Video, Livestreamed in Trial

Like in Korea.  Remember headscarf protests and their backlash in Iran. This seems in reality to be a zero sum game between the sexes as a whole. If it looks good and productive in the short term for one side to have more power then the other will feel the pain. This is likely the clear causal effect of the generational and even civilizational cycle. Sex roles for the 4 strauss and howe archetypes are different. Balance returns as traditional roles reestabish themselves in the crisis then in a spiritual awakening, 1960s female sexual power is emphasized. This moves into economic area kater but women lose natural draw to the men and both sides become alienated. This creates societal crisis in macro( left and right wing are just mirors of family model at a larger scale, as above so below).
