I feel like 90s energy here before I got into doom and gloom. Esoteric stuff I read. 

 

My cyclical talk could also be expanded on here. The 24000 year ecliptic cycle fits here well. Atlantis was in the Age of Leo, opposite to our Aquarian age. Perhaps we have lost much knowledge. Only fossil fuels enabled a short blossoming of high culture. Simple but unused technologies as the woman describes in her videos with sound or energy waves could have allowed hi- tech with low energy use. Perhaps tjese techniques will reappear through intuitive understanding of basic principles in good time, just as Da Vinci and others rediscovered ancient ideas and expanded on them in the renaissance, we will rediscover atlantean techniques of health, antigravity when needed in an otherwise low tech dark age of the near future instead of " returning to the stone age".
