Kriya Yoga Pranayama Explained

I was initiated in this around 2000. My progress was pretty slow until about 11 years ago and has gotten continually faster. I feel this follows logs or exponentials, like compound interest. The more experience, energy, focus you have the faster you grow. This is similar to Jesus saying the rich get richer, the poor are always with you. Spirituality works in the same way. In fact any area of expertise is similar. 15000 hours on the violin, with math, chess, basketball, etc and you write your own ticket.
