At the age of 5, Nagaraj was kidnapped by a trader and taken as a slave to what is today Calcutta. A rich merchant purchased him, only to give him his freedom. He joined a small band of wandering monks, and with them became learned in the sacred religious and philosophical literature of India. However, he was not satisfied. Hearing of the existence of a great siddha, or perfected master, named Agastyar, in the south, he made a pilgrimage to the sacred temple of Katirgama, near the southern most tip of Ceylon, the large island just south of peninsular India. There he met a disciple of Agastyar, whose name was Boganathar. He studied "dhyana," or meditation, intensively and "Siddhantham," the philosophy of the Siddhas, with Boganathar for four years. He experienced "sarvihelpa samadhi," or cognitive absorption, and had the vision of Lord Muruga, the deity of the Katirgama temple.
At the age of 15, Boganathar sent him to his own guru, the legendary Agastyar, who was know to be living near to Courtrallam, in Tamil Nadu. After performing intensive yogic practices at Courtrallam for 48 days, Agastyar revealed himself, and initiated him into Kriya Kundalini Pranayama, a powerful breathing technique. He directed the boy Nagaraj to go to Badrinath, high in the Himalayas, and to practice all that he had learned, intensively, to become a "siddha." Over the next 18 months, Nagaraj lived alone in a cave practicing the yogic techniques which Boganathar and Agastyar has taught him. In so doing, he surrendered his ego, all the way down to the level of the cells in his body, to the Divine, which descended into him. He became a siddha, one who has surrendered to the power and consciousness of the Divine! His body was no longer subject to the ravages of disease and death. Transformed, as a Mah or great siddha, he dedicated himself to the uplift-ment of suffering humanity.

Don't Stop - Fleetwood Mac
If you wake up and don't want to smile
Open your eyes and look at the day
You'll see things in a different way
Don't stop, it'll soon be here
It'll be here better than before
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone
And not about the things that you've done
If your life was bad to you
Just think what tomorrow will do
Don't stop, it'll soon be here
It'll be here better than before
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone
If it takes just a little while
I know you don't believe that it's true
I never meant any harm to you
Don't stop, it'll soon be here
It'll be better than before
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone
Don't stop, it'll soon be here
It'll be here better than before
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone
(Ooh)
Don't you look back

Kaizen at Home : 90 Days to Success
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/k/kaizen.asp
Kaizen
What Is Kaizen?
Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning "change for the better" or "continuous improvement." It is a Japanese business philosophy regarding the processes that continuously improve operations and involve all employees. Kaizen sees improvement in productivity as a gradual and methodical process.
The concept of kaizen encompasses a wide range of ideas. It involves making the work environment more efficient and effective by creating a team atmosphere, improving everyday procedures, ensuring employee engagement, and making a job more fulfilling, less tiring, and safer.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Kaizen is a Japanese business philosophy that focuses on gradually improving productivity by involving all employees and by making the work environment more efficient.
- Kaizen translates to "change for the better" or "continuous improvement."
- The small changes used in kaizen can involve quality control, just-in-time delivery, standardized work, the use of efficient equipment, and the elimination of waste.
- Changes can come from any employee anytime and don’t have to happen slowly, although kaizen recognizes that small changes now can have big future impacts.
Understanding Kaizen
Some of the key objectives of the kaizen philosophy include quality control, just-in-time delivery, standardized work, the use of efficient equipment, and the elimination of waste. The overall goal of kaizen is to make small changes over a period of time to create improvements within a company. That doesn't mean alterations happen slowly; it simply recognizes that small changes now can have huge impacts in the future. Improvements can come from any employee at any time. The idea is that everyone has a stake in the company's success and everyone should strive, at all times, to help make the business model better.
Many companies have adopted the kaizen concept. Most notably, Toyota employs the kaizen philosophy within its organization and has esteemed it as one of its core values. Within its production system, Toyota encourages and empowers all employees to identify areas of potential improvement and create viable solutions.
Fast Fact
Toyota’s process of identifying solutions is called "kaizen blitz."
Requirements for Kaizen
Traditional Japanese ideas of kaizen follow five basic tenets: teamwork, personal discipline, improved morale, quality, and suggestions for improvement. These five tenets lead to three major outcomes: elimination of waste (also referred to as economic efficiency), good housekeeping, and standardization. Ideally, kaizen becomes so ingrained in a company's culture that it eventually becomes natural to employees.
The kaizen concept posits that there is no perfect end and that everything can be improved upon. People must strive to evolve and innovate constantly. The basic principle of kaizen is that people who perform certain tasks and activities are the most knowledgeable about that task/activity; including them to effect change is the best strategy for improvement.
Teamwork is core to kaizen, where regular team meetings are held involving discussions about improvements, changes, and projects.
Kaizen and the PDCA Cycle
Improvements generally follow the PDCA cycle format, which stands for "plan-do-check-act." The "plan" portion includes mapping out the changes so that everyone knows what to expect when teams try to solve a problem. The "do" means implementing the best solution to the problem. The "check" step involves evaluating the solution to the problem to see if it worked.
When a company performs the "act" stage, it determines whether or not the solution should become a company standard or if it needs further changes. If managers decide to implement more changes, kaizen goes back to the plan step and the process starts over.

CHIRON RETROGRADE IN PISCES FROM 24TH JUNE TO 27TH NOVEMBER 2015
https://my-sky-pie.com/chiron-retrograde-in-pisces-from-24th-june-to-27th-november-2015
I had a massive heart chakra opening starting in spring 2015. Chiron is directly conjunct my sunnat 18 degrees pisces so it passed by in march2015 then in junebto november went by again and went direct till early 2016. My heart became so active it could easily connect with those of others and as I believe, help to heal their wounds. As I felt lonely and wounded this fits the stereotype perfectly and helps explain my opening in an astrological sense to a 'shamanic' gift.
in the Greek myth chiron was the son of Kronos (Saturn) and a sea-nymph called Philyra, when he was conceived both parents were in their horse-form and thus Chiron came forth as a Centaur, half-horse and half-human. Upon seeing him, his mother was horrified and prayed to be turned into anything but what she was “the mother of a monster” and the gods agreed and she became a linden tree. Philyra’s reaction reveals the primary state of mind that causes our suffering, the incapacity to accept reality and responding a negative way by feeling rejected in some way. Chiron was taken to the ChironSun god Apollo who raised him, reminding us that our suffering needs to be brought to the light of compassionate awareness.
Chiron, who under Apollo’s tutoring had become a healer, teacher, musician and prophet, was awarded his title of the “wounded healer” after Hercules, one of his students, accidently wounded him with a poisoned arrow. Chiron was a demi-god and he was unable to die yet, at the same time, unable to heal himself from the poison. After many years of agony Chiron had the opportunity to change places with Prometheus who had been chained to a rock as punishment for deceiving Zeus (Jupiter) so both were free and Chiron was able to finally die as a mortal.
Chiron in astrology can also represent that which we can do for others but not for ourselves.
It is still unclear in astrology about which sign Chiron should be associated with, some say Sagittarius, others Virgo. Therefore it is appropriate to consider only the sign and house placement of Chiron in the natal chart. It is not to be interpreted as the other planets (as having a rather fixed set of characteristics) but rather its transits to the various planets in the natal chart should be observed and note taken of the more subtle effects usually at subconscious level that these bring up for you.
Chiron’s transit of Pisces began in March 2011 and this present retrograde period is the second of its stay in the sign. From 24th June to 27th November 2015 it will retrograde from 21° Pisces to 16° Pisces. If you have planets or angles in these degrees in the signs of Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius or Gemini you will already have experienced a forward moving transit over these points, now it is back-tracking over the same placements and at the end of November when it starts its forward movement once again, it will pass over these points for the third time.
If the above transits do affect you during this period you may begin to feel, or have already felt, some discomfort about certain issues in your life (nearly always things or memories coming from the past) so try to welcome the opportunity to dig deeper inside yourself to find the reasons and perhaps even the answers to your uneasiness. It’s usually more of a mental or subconscious cleansing than a physical one although in some people it can also manifest as physical “dis-ease”.
Chiron has a rather weird orbit, spending more time in some signs than others, but he does manage to complete the whole circle of the zodiac in approximately 51 years. The Chiron return (when Chiron conjoins your Chiron placement in the natal chart) more often than not marks the onset of the menopause for women.

Meditation today
Meditation seems less a mental exercise focused on brain activity than a body sport watching, controlling energy flows. I do all the bandhas, cross my arms, look up at my crown and energy flows over hips to knees. The flow downwards over body gets warmer, I might tremble as my spine gets warmer. Afterwards I got up and mnotice neck spinal column and throat quite hot. I stare my Babaji picture in the eyes. My third eye throbs and my heart chakra gets really warm. This started yesterday. Guru Darshan I guess. Mental concentration is not the problem as I focus so much on the physical phenomena happening with increasing flows throughout the whole body making the body from crown to foot feel like a unit with uniform and ever higher energy. I never heard of this sort of meditation before. Ok towards end when it seems energy is stable then I lose myself in third eye looking upward, then forget mysel, these efforts, momentarily, become peaceful Also Babaji's heart chakra makes me peaceful.

Tirumandiram

I did not find it here but often mentioned are 'Nandi' s feet' on the head of disciple. This seems a description of God being felt at the crown chakra. I felt it in this way today, pressurevequally on both halves of head and pushing energy through body downwards in this pattern. I like having scriptures confirmed by experience.

Love after 30 - The Reality
people with active social lives burn out it seems. This seems fairly relative to me. If one is naive or new to something after 30 say then this may not fit. I am more like 19th century though due to my shyness. Mostly potential relationships remained just that. I am still unsucessful in most things probably due to this aspect of social reclusiveness. No job success. How does a shy person get a great job or perform in a job to climb the career ladder? No self confidence, withdrawal into hobbies, oneself. So now I am happy with myself and healthier than ever, very late bloomer. Love women intensely but same whole life, tongue tied, go read a book, discover nature, do sports, find a hobby to develop myself. I think this is karma. Emotional energy including sexual energy is sublimated intensely into spiritual energy. If I were normal I would have had the same problems he had in the video. My life was directed inward with bare minimum in career, family friendships to fulfill skeleton structure of sufficiency to provide me with support to develop spiritually. In more traditional societies now and in our past, lots of dating, divorcing were not expected( terms like bastard, slut, skirt chaser did not appear out of thin air). Women' s independence has made for relationship instability, i.e. family life, as optional. I could go off on a tangent about how this leads to a general breakdown of culture, civilization but that is a huge topic and very broad based. Obviously old fashioned low tech cultures have tight knit family groups as subsistence providers, small farmers and are deeply religious. Marriage, sex, childbirth were all sacred rituals. Communities were small, tightly knit. How long this phase of culture with such waste, environmental destruction and morally 'neutral' behavior(recreational sex, porn) can last is a good question. Big cities, technology allow for anonymity. Before packaged foods, supermarkets, washing machines, refrigerators and freezers and cheap mass manufactured clothing female training was directed towards learning food, clothing manufacture and care as essentially a one person family production unit. Without contraceptives random dating at a young age, pre 1960s led to unwanted pregnancies, quick marriages with the wrong guy before career chances were developed, a lifetime cage. So the phrase ' making love' used to mean ' dating', getting to know someone emotionally. I tend to think that all this technology which has liberated us physically has in the end done us a disservice in many ways. One is not very cautious, does not value relationships. Consequences were much higher in earlier times and values were much different. Depth of feeling and responsibility is taken on average. But I suppose more serious guys just find girls from more traditional cultures or with a much more serious approach to the whole matter. This of course generally goes in phases. One generatiin experiments and the next one gets more conservative. Technology remains linear of course and bikinis may get more revealing or sexual availability and female independence more pronounced but maybe seriousness at the heart level, spirituality and committment could get more as kids get oversaturated and dissatisfied with what the previous generation saw as a great opportunity. IOW kids might learn from mistakes of their elders. Hopefully smart phones and porn addiction, casual internet dating will not make for even more cynical 40 year olds making such videos around 2030-2040 about how nobody could even start a relationship as guys just watched porn, did online gaming and girls were into social media and when they did get into bed they tried to reenact favorite porn scenes. This would be similar to the Rom- Cons video I posted below where people get into relationships seeing themselves as favorite movie stars like Meg Ryan, Cary Grant, Sandler or 007 but only on the mechanical level. The term ' snowflake' thrown around for the younger people has to do with lack of robustness, high fragility based on reliance oon social media and not real world experience. It seems we have transferred ever more of our experience into external media, starting with books, moving onto radio, movie screens(replacing local participatory theater), record players( instead of playing instruments at home and singing), to TV( cinema at home which started with limited fare and in the 80s went to hundrds of channels 24 hours and in every room), computers, smart phones (facebook, twitter, addictive behavior). Reality is in our heads but where are our heads?

Buster Keaton Stunts
The Tamarind Seed - Julie Andrews, Omar Sharif(1974)
slow moving romance, spy thriller with nice atmosphere
Training
As I slowly, gradually get into , in the groove of , regular daily meditation( I sleep longer Saturday morning so forget the 6 am habit) I find it is like a friend I rely on to keep me warm and stable and that grows over time. Like cozying up to a lover on the couch, one gets quiet and peaceful, or reading one' s favourite book or whatever that quieting habit is when alone and everything slows down, which nowadays, due to electronic media, maybe we stopped allowing ourselves anymore. So inner fear and anxiety of disapproval from others dissipates and I have a center. Of course it is easy to talk of technical progress. This does ot seem to be the central point however. Since I have been doing energy work so long I jump hurdles quicker. Little tricks occur to me and make sense that I learned before. Kechari mudra with tongue opens throat chakra, lets energy flow there. Cross arms over chest and it holds warmth in the heart chakra and as I felt yesterday energy comes from crown so turn eyes upwards to help direct flow of energy from there. Siddhasana is sitting with heel under perineum to block downward flow of energy. These four techniques hold energy upwardsin heart, head area. At any rate is is a work in progress which spontaneously develops like a friendship. My yoga is growing similarly like since I started my cleaning job I had to do less yoga so my flexibilty suffered. Now it is returning.

Leonard Cohen - First We Take Manhattan
For trying to change the system from within
I'm coming now, I'm coming to reward them
First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin
I'm guided by this birthmark on my skin (guided, guided by)
I'm guided by the beauty of our weapons (guided)
First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin
But now you're worried that I just might win
You know the way to stop me, but you don't have the discipline
How many nights I prayed for this, to let my work begin
First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin
And I don't like these drugs that keep you thin
I don't like what happened to my sister
First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin
The monkey and the plywood violin
I practiced every night, now I'm ready
First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin (I am guided)
Remember me, I brought your groceries in (ooh, baby, yeah)
Well, it's Father's Day and everybody's wounded (baby)
First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin
John Lennon - Working Class Hero
As soon as you're born they make you feel small
Till the pain is so big you feel nothing at all
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be
They hate you if you're clever and they despise a fool
Till you're so fucking crazy you can't follow their rules
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be
Then they expect you to pick a career
When you can't really function you're so full of fear
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be
And you think you're so clever and classless and free
But you're still fucking peasants as far as I can see
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be
But first you must learn how to smile as you kill
If you want to be like the folks on the hill
A working class hero is something to be
If you want to be a hero well just follow me
If you want to be a hero well just follow me
