Interesting listen. I think of training for getting best job and similar. My life has been haphazard based on minimal job or romantic attemptss and zero social skills. I learned from that one long relationship or couple of jobs. Social skills or understanding take years, decades to develop and we learn about who we really are, our inner self, inner child, spirituality like this. Like I was thinking yesterday, " sexuality has little to do with the sexual act, it is about personal dynamics, emotional sharing, power play and similar developing over time in a couple. Such books therefore try to train one but taking the plunge instinctively is likely all one can really expect to work unless remaining analytical and superficial is your thing. The deeper your love the more you will learn and failure is not neccessarily a bad thing just as in any endeavour you can apply lessons learned to improve in the future if you do not see everything so negatively.
