How I Changed My Life and Got Focused

 
I get focused through yoga, meditation, diet. Great success here as I notice I can work faster, longer. Some people are twice as fast and others twce as slow We might have a slow day or a really good day but our average remains. Can we up our average? I have doing same job for years so this would seem easy but it isn't. Under increased work stress at beginning of covid I hung in there several months, learned deeper breathing. Now my brain, nervous system, whole body simply works moor efficiently with less effort. My agility is better, I breathe, think more efficiently. I have meditated nearly daily for about 18 months. This has likely improved my functioning. Emotional control is much better under work stress. What would have been a big deal is now a bore. Is the body getting " younger"? Young people sitting at desks and screens are different now than kids who worked on farms or played all day outside or hunter gatherers. We are losing inherent abilities. We become lazy physically, spoiled, fearful, panicky. Society will likely collapse in stages and new generations will revert to old, more primitive lifestyles which will teach them that their bodies are essential to living, not just a nuisance to be fed, clothed while the brain seeks temporary stimulus.
