Offer a passport, land in West Bank and Gaza to American mercenaries who are half Jewish but from the father's side or even quarter Jewish. Once the bloodthirsty mercenaries have slaughtered all the Palestinians and before they get back to Israel proper you then drop a bomb on their units, oops, eliminating the problem of fulfilling your promise. Or else you force all women to have babies, make jobs illegal for women, eliminate their voting and property rights so that they become absolutely dependent on men. Make porn, atheism illegal and force conservative clothing, synagogue attendance. Abortion ban, etc. IOW to beat Hamas you have to copy their methods. Population doubles, triples with lots of unemployed teens. This fuels military expansion. Ban internet, liberal press and books. Literacy could be reduced to Torah and only for males.
This sounds like satire but it is obvious that a culture in it's dying phase is passive, feminine, inward directed. Good enough if that inward vision gives you direction like with Einstein, Musk, Edison. But if all it is is like in France, Italy all fashion, food, culture then it circles around itself. This is why new civilizations are born in new areas after around a thousand years.
