Viking Strength and Health Didn't Come From Targeted Gym Workouts


 I noticed this myself. Yoga was nice but did not develop the body completely until I worked a full time physical job. I have endurance, squat a lot, run around. A desk job is what modern yogis have as it is an upper middle class, usually female, hobby. However flexibility, lung and heart capacity increase. Working and yoga make a feedback mechanism. My colleagues are no yogis, some do running, weights and these remain fit. Otherwise repetitive work wears you down just like sitting at a desk. There is no magic solution. I keep improving with age.
