Lots of changes this year. We can only hope that it all turns out well. Some winners, some losers as always. A bonfire has been gradually built over the years in our society and it just needed a spark to light it, corona in the case of the economy or George Floyd's death in race relations. Perhaps a tripwire will cause a major war soon. Keep your heads cool and don't overreact.. Crisis times are the big civilizational roadbumps. Those who are best prepared will fair well. I hope as lockdown ends cabin fever will too and a fresh beginning will be enabled. Everyone talks of climate change, drives a big car to the store and avoids plastic bags. Comes corona and output from factories, air travel, car sales drop which is all great for mother nature but we all freak out and complain. Inner cities burn while Wall Street soars as unemployment rises and production plummets. The wealthy live on another planet from the population. No wonder there are riots. Race relations are just one issue. People are uneasy for sure. Work is normalizing for me, less overworked in hospital as corona dies down and new staff arrives. This phase taught me to test my limits, grow. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. All those years of yoga, tai chi, bicycling instead of driving have paid off. Keep a sense of humor. Downtime, tune out social media habit, even for good if need be. It's your life. Love.
