This article is quite technical and is all about skin. I feel generally younger like so many who do sports but recently quicker, shoulders back, belly tucked, etc. Slow transformation of cells, organs seems plausible as well as a more fluid ' present' emotionality, which does not save up bad feelings, as well as body constantly renewing itself, getting fitter. I am starting to view those Chinese legends of ancient tai chi masters less skeptically as I become different, not just act out youth from a preconceived notion. If all that white hair on my chest slowly goes brown then just maybe there is something more than talk to those stories... wait and see.
