Since the energy flows deeper in the musles from neck to backk over butt into legs and feet due to meditation progress , etc now my tai chi is really interesting. You have to kick upwards several times and sight follows motion. Up until now mostly I felt my fingers, hands as they passed before me. Now I clearly feel my big toe kicking energy into my 3rd eye and it flowing downward. So the total body connection is getting better. Main problem is just getting through it all unemotionally, like sport. Higher energy resistance and flow increase causes emotional stress as in sport and we must sleep it off but it has great long- term benefits( presumably?).
