I find this interesting as it is very similar to tai chi, which in practice, with its very low movements. The dancer is obviously well trained and extremely flexible. In yoga one takes fixed positions like splits and a yoga flow might be similar. At any rate this looks like a good workout, lots of fun and of high artistic quality. As a belly dance, i.e. middle eastern tradition, we see that between ballet, yoga, tai chi, modern pop dance there is a definite connection with varied emphasis in each culture on static, movement, speed.
