SITUATION ANALYSIS:
The subject of this hexagram discovers a key to Tranquility by first gaining insight into his own nature, then turning that vision outward.
By resolving inner conflicts and being at peace with himself, he learns to gain insight into others.
In effect, he enters another, sees with the other's eyes, listens with the other's ears, feels with the other's heart.
He then returns to his own center, with new perspective and understanding.

The wind blows over the lake and stirs the surface of the water. Thus visible effects of the invisible manifest themselves. The hexagram consists of firm lines above and below, while it is open in the centre. This indicates a heart free of prejudices and therefore open to truth. On the other hand, each of the two trigrams has a firm line in the middle; this indicates the force of inner truth in the influences they represent.
The attributes of the two trigrams are: above, gentleness, forbearance toward inferiors; below, joyousness in obeying superiors. Such conditions create the basis of a mutual confidence that makes achievements possible.The character of fu ("truth") is actually the picture of a bird's foot over a fledgling. It suggests the idea of brooding. An egg is hollow. The light-giving power must work to quicken it from outside, but there must be a germ of life within, if life is to be awakened. Far- reaching speculations can be linked with these ideas.
THE JUDGEMENT
INNER TRUTH. Pigs and fishes.

It furthers one to cross the great water.
Perseverance furthers.
Pigs and fishes are the least intelligent of all animals and therefore the most difficult to influence. The force of inner truth must grow great indeed before its influence can extend to such creatures. In dealing with persons as intractable and as difficult to influence as a pig or a fish, the whole secret of success depends on finding the right way of approach. One must first rid oneself of all prejudice and, so to speak, let the psyche of the other person act on one without restraint. Then one will establish contact with him, understand and gain power over him. When a door has thus been opened, the force of one's personality will influence him. If in this way one finds no obstacles insurmountable, one can undertake even the most dangerous things, such as crossing the great water, and succeed.
But it is important to understand on what the force inner truth depends. This force is not identical with simple intimacy or a secret bond. Close ties may exist also among thieves; it is true that such a bond acts as a force but, since it is not invincible, it does not bring good fortune. All association on the basis of common interests holds only up to a certain point. Where the community of interest ceases, the holding together ceases also, and the closest friendship often changes into hate. Only when the bond is based on what is right, on steadfastness, will it remain so firm that it triumphs over everything.

Wind stirs water by penetrating it. Thus the superior man, when obliged to judge the mistakes of men, tries to penetrate their minds with understanding, in order to gain a sympathetic appreciation of the circumstances. In ancient China, the entire administration of justice was guided by this principle. A deep understanding that knows how to pardon was considered the highest form of justice. This system was not without success, for its aim was to make so strong a moral impression that there was no reason to fear abuse of such mildness. For it sprang not from weakness but from a superior clarity.
Six in the fourth place means: To intensify the power of inner truth, a man must always turn to his superior, from whom he can receive enlightenment as the moon receives light from the sun. However, this requires a certain humility, like that of the moon when it is not yet quite full. At the moment when the moon becomes full and stands directly opposite the sun, it begins to wane. Just as on the one hand we must be humble and reverent when face to face with the source of enlightenment, so likewise must we on the other renounce factionalism among men. Only by pursuing one's course like a horse that goes straight ahead without looking sidewise at its mate, can one retain the inner freedom that helps one onward. Ch'ien, heaven is above; Chên, movement, is below. The lower trigram Chên is under the influence of the strong line it has received from above, from heaven. When, in accord with this, movement follows the law of heaven, man is innocent and without guile. His mind is natural and true, unshadowed by reflection or ulterior designs. For wherever conscious purpose is to be seen, there the truth and innocence of nature have been lost. Nature that is not directed by the spirit is not true but degenerate nature. Starting out with the idea of the natural, the train of thought in part goes somewhat further and thus the hexagram includes also the idea of the fundamental or unexpected. THE JUDGEMENT INNOCENCE. Supreme success.

Being inherently lonely and bitter regardless of how good it gets is like a personality trait. My wife has moon conjunct saturn while I have the above. Which is worse I don't know. It is like a severe handicap on the emotional intelligence side for me. Thank God for other things like my moon conjunct jupiter that somewhat evens this bitter pill out.

I love women. Due to my highly active kundalini I feel their chakras and can mimic them individually. They can be very direct, energetic, powerful. I don't notice at the deeper level any sexual identity. This is more at the superficial level where they are more flexible in many ways than me. This ups my game. This male identity crisis is maybe as women are forced to be less feminine nowadays( remember Marilyn). Maybe if we took off the economic pressure on them to compete with men equally, let men be strong and women again play weaker role then this trans "acting out" would go away as the social basis would disappear.

Relationship Development
I have been thinking about relationship development. One focuses at some points more on companionship and at other times on sexuality. I cry or laugh. My heart burns with love. This is all so intense and nothing can be excluded. Depending on the couple there might be a different emphasis. Some start more platonic as they have little experience and they grow into sexuality which can be very deep but just supportive of and balancing a deeper affection. Others just have great sex but break up as it was all so superficial. I generally presume that the easier to get to know someone the less valuable and enduring the relationship. Hard work pays off.

I recall in the 70s PLO used scandinavian girlfriends to smuggle bombs on to planes. The girl said she considered suicide 20-150 times per day. I suppose secular consumerist values even prevalent in Russia are insufficient. Like the Islam in prison video below it seems some people need very simple answers. Perhaps the world is just too complicated nowadays to discover deeper meaning. Obviously her love interest was also very superficial. This type of thing can happen anywhere. Ideology is irrelevant. If a young person has no meaning or direction they presume that the govt or leaders are bad, i.e. they rebel. Even Sri Aurobindo, who led India's independence movement before Gandhi, finally withdrew from superficiality of politics to religious life. Any system of power no matter how good will succumb over time to human nature.
I think of the line from the Beatles song Revolution:
"If you want to change the constitution oh well you know why don' t you change your mind instead."
Obviously without good will a constitution is not worth the paper it is printed on. W put that more succinctly during his tenure in the White House. " The constitution is just a goddamned piece of paper".
