China' s Millionaire Migration

 interesting that the chinese are investing in housing in Vancouver to leave it an unaffordable ghost town similarly to mainland China with 64 million empty apartments or houses and whole ghost cities and the only difference in this story is that mentioning the facts in the matter makes one racist. This story is five years ago so I wonder what happened since then. The bubble is bursting and China is becoming political poison like Japan in the 1930s and early 1940s. Perhaps such investment practices from non tax paying wealthy foreign immigrants who destroy the economy will be banned along with mass buy up of family houses by blackrock and co in the USA.
