I have lots of distant relationships, instagram friends, phoning siblings, etc and there is something missing if you don't have friends, lovers, family right there on a daily basis. I have lots of kundalini energy I share but even with yoga and such, without a warm hug or gasp! an orgasm we lose our minds. Especially people who develop chakra energy strongly, sexuality is critical for mental health as the upper chakras destabilize one mentally. The wit once said "If you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with!" The world has gotten small digitally but if I fall for a girl far away this can create difficulties. Essentially lovers remain local and digital friendships platonic, no matter how deep the feelings unless someone pulls up roots.
