Making the point that one can other cheap places to make stuff than China if you disagree politically is ok. It has nowbecome obvious that the non Western world can dedollarize if they don't like US bullying. So I recall Thomas Friedman book ' the world is flat'. The phrase is apt. Money, power flee wherever. Leaders must be sensitive to their stakeholders abroad.
