my jaw and teeth ache
pain turns to pleasure
as ajna feels
both crown and throat
as cheeks burn intense
and ears too and scalp
it flows over neck
filling my chest
my heart warming
belly expands
must stop this nonsense
this lila, this play
spiritual growth they say
coming from all sources into me
as energy grows it gets so deep into body
no it is no fiction
no imaginary thing
not insubstantial
not debilitating
rather motivating
empowering
share it with friends
feel it with with others
resonate and learn
nature, god, humanity all one
