Meditation helps Movement

 It just moves in waves going deeper into the tissues, flowing also down into arms and legs and afterwards my body movements are more controlled, slower, conscious. Look at that last guy dancing. I keep wondering how and what is going on with this energy? Now for yoga asanas. Let's see how that goes.

ok two hours and lots of progress, arms, legs, back. Strength, fleibility and new possibilities. After certain motions lots of energy flow through body noticed before. Hamstring pains, reaching ever further. Upper arm stretching when arms behind bacl folded or reaching for legs, so loosening shoulders. The enerhy fliw from meditation helps communicate better and thereby easier  stretch areas( nerves more open in muscle groups and between them so they do what I consciously want).
