Last Photo before this I find is around June last year. At least no new grey hairs or wrinkles. No Armani suit or choreographer here. I think I have lost a few lbs/ kg and gained some muscle. Internal change is most important though. Inner development is key. I wish I could measure objectively the amount of love my heart grows. The grinch would be proud!
