Galatia - The Celts of Anatolia

I remember St. Paul's epistle to the Galatian's in the New Testament. Was it the quote " I would rather ye were not or cold but not lukewarm so that I would spew ye out of my mouth" in the KJV Bible of my Pentecostal church days.
