Here an article by an expert on chakra balancing. I searched this as lately my crown chakra has been overriding the others by creating a vortice sucking up excess energy. Usually if one has emotions they land in one of the chakras where one feels intense emotions. Two chakras might connect together or three have feeling simultaneously. These are the core chakras. However as the surounding tissue, muscles become completely involved then a holistic body situation occurs. Over time the hips, legs and shoulders, arms become just as active as the trunk. The throat chakra, initially quiet, activates not only but all the neck, face and head muscles become tightly intertwined energetically. Eventually then a churning vortex of the entire body can take place from crown to toe.
