Did a 90 minute to 2 hour routine this morning and feel great. Been doing yoga for 25 years and the benefits are cumulative from health benefits shown here to the more esoteric kundalini/ enlightenment things that vcome after many years of dedicated practice. This sort of thing is what prevents middle age stagnation, old age ego decay and when started young , emotional isolation as in graphic in last post.😁
