HSPs - Highly Sensitive Person - Pluses and Minuses in relationships

I find that sometimes, especially as I go through my kundalini awakening, that my energy hits a quantity and quality where I have a sort of crisis like a panic attack, anger, etc and it takes a while to get back in balance through yoga, sleep, nature, meditation or just doing my daily work routine and being around people in normal situations and not working on energy( yoga, spirituality). A speed bump like this can maybe return me to a specific traumatic memory and overcoming that makes me stronger in my core.
