A couple months ago sitting cross legged meditating on a chair for a while I felt like my posture and feelings channeled him. Yesterday I was pondering free will vs God' s will. Maybe God uses our desires and choices to get us where we ought to be. I thought I should be looking beyond my daily needs to higher goals which are of course megalomaniacal like saving the world but who knows, maybe planning bigger helps get out of a rut of guilt, anxiety about daily mistakes, sinfulness and find some greater purpose behind it all.
