Meditation for a better stretch?

 I have been regularly meditating upon waking and I find my yoga workout improving as I seem to have more patience to slow down, stretch longer, breathe deeper into it so I am making lots of progress and having more fun, going spontaneously into new positions or reaching more difficult, deeper positions. It is becoming more aerobic, more a challenge. Great fun. This Mars retrograde has been great with my whole development changing.
