Tendon Training- Like Steel Cables


 Very Interesting. Intense yoga stretches and long sit meditation increases flexibility in knees, shoulders, achilles, etc. and likely makes them stronger. I can jump like a kangaroo in my work squatting. Shoulders, arms, feet, knees, elbows get good energy flow and can work hard with mop. These are low weight repetitive tasks. So whereas this youtuber has mass, I don' t but have lean muscle strength like the cheetah from repetitive work, yoga, tai chi and intermittent fasting on a low carb keto type diet.
