Grounding in Kundalini Yoga/ when you are spaced out

Nice talk here. She discusses how to not feel spaced out by bringing energy back down from head and making mula block. I also find interesting her personal story of being dancer and gymnast. She says such people find asanas so easy unchallenging as they are so flexible. She thinks this is a great opportunity for them to learn. Being spaced out by kundalini is expanding you and you can bring this energy back down into the heart and live from the heart.
