Relationships and mental health

Sexuality sems to me as a long time married man quite a narrow view of thing so I googled on relationships and came up with some good advice.

Imprtance of supportive social environment for all ages:

This is a short sumary of a free 44 page pdf on same subject, summary of 148 studies on social connectedness and mental and physical health.

Are these behaviours toxic or normal for couples?

List of questions to determine lasting relationship:

I have been married over 20 years and can't answer positive on all of above always. Not all relationships are perfect.
