I read once that my whole generation felt like this, perhaps in the 90s as we were still young and boomers controlled everything. Our self confidencevremains quite low. Boomers and millenials feel more deserving of success, status. The minority, female worries about being an impostor in an all male environment (first black/female surgeon, etc.) is easy to understand. Also a general repression of minorities so that they don't feel part of society, as an impostor is exclusionary, particularly increases during pandemic.
