This covers USA natives/ indians. I am from Alaska. Forced boarding schooling and alcoho!ism in rural areas with more mental problems, suicides is clear. My English mother had trouble adjusting to life there, the climate and most young people leave to Seattle, Oregon, California to live adult life for good reason but Aaskan natives are part ofvthe culture but their culture of subsistence was destroyed. US blacks have urban crowding problems and policing fears along with gun violence in their own community. So extreme rural isolation and extreme overcrowding both result in stress/ poverty for minorities generally as well as for poor whites. In Australia  indigenous might also be thought of as black although generally more rural based like indians, natives in Western 

USA, Alaska with similar problems.
