On Positive Masculinity

Lots to think about here. Learning about being strong, decisive, also very loving , kind, capable of crying goes hand in hand. I would call this chakra balancing. Bleeding heart liberal is a stereotype. Too much emphasis on heart chakra. Oversexualized means what it says as does anger management and brainy nerd. If we can balance those tendencies then we can experience all parts of ourselves in a healthy manner. Some males are just more yin and some females more yang. Oldest daughters, like my wife pre- pubescent a tomboy, now very dominant, commandeering and me a soft, liberal, shy, intellectual who does yoga and only got more fit doing a laboring job and whose conservative reactionism is more a gen x attitude against boomer, millenial oppression of our lives than much of anything( boomer feminism letting kids alone to fend for themselves as latch key kids for example).  Technological and cultural change gets these things going further than before, trans, but in previous times men always had a need to initiate as males, just as women did, to assume roles as traditional male or female leaders in the household or in war, say. This will never disappear. Reincarnation in one or another body, male, female, various race or ethnicity or perhaps as another species teaches us lessons God thinks are necessary. Mentioning religious conviction here is critical as without it the confusion of various opinions and moral relativism becomes so great as to overwhelm anyone. This allows us to just relax and let it be. We did not invent the universe, society, our bodies and should take it as it comes. It will turn out somehow. Even an atheist or agnostic must mellow over time and gain the wisdom to relax in themselves. Young people are flooded with societal demands to become, perform. Later when you have made irreversible decisions and defined yourself you learn to look towards higher goals, anticipating your end and smiling at young people's inevitable confusion. I would also like to note that generational roles in the 4 generational types typically known are important. Hero role is more defined , discreet while prophet role is less so and artist generation are generally soft in both sexes. My gen x are of course the reactionaries. This repeats always just like star signs are stereotypical. Born a week later than a friend but totally different emotional type. Energetic changes working on us. Like physics we can only describe it but not say why.
